Colby’s lead drugs, CPC-100 and CPC-200, are potent therapeutics targeting two different cohorts of men with PCa.  CPC-100 will enter a Phase I/IIa human clinical trial for men with recurrent Prostate Cancer, post-ADT (Androgen Deprivation Therapy) in 2008.  CPC-200 will subsequently enter a Colby sponsored Phase l/lla clinical trial for men pre-ADT in 2009.  These drugs have unique mechanisms of action for use either as stand-alone drugs or in combination with currently sold Standard of Care (SOC) PCa drugs.

Colby has identified four Prostate Cancer OSM drug candidates, each targeting and inhibiting modulating different oxidative stress generating pathways.  The company is developing its OSM drugs for large existing PCa markets with unmet medical needs.
