Corporate History

Colby Pharmaceutical Company is a WARF spin-out company with OSM drugs in-licensed from the University of Wisconsin and its own OSM-ChemGen Platform Technology derived drugs. Colby in-licensed three OSM drugs from WARF in return for equity and other payments. Colby has licenses for pharmaceutical products and developed two OSM drugs in-house. Colby operations are located in Menlo Park, California and in Madison, Wisconsin. The company is accessing data from grants and investor funded studies. Its lead drug will start human prostate cancer Phase I/IIa clinical trial in 2008.
