CPC-300

 

CPC-300 is a small molecule pro-Apoptotic, anti-Proliferative, anti-Inflammatory OSM drug being developed for a  PCa Clinical Trial for ADT-resistant PCa patients with newly established metastatic prostate tumors, who are eligible for, but who have not received chemotherapy.  

CPC-300 blocks multiple cell survival pathways in tumors. In animal studies, CPC-300 has significant anti-cancer drug activity for metastatic pancreas, skin and breast carcinomas, as well as prostate carcinomas.
